Why is your price point higher than some other baking mixes?
A: Our prices are actually very moderately priced in our industry. Take into consideration price per oz when you are calculating price. Our products are generally bigger in volume than most products comparable to ours. We use high quality organic ingredients, which we haven't found in any comparable products to ours. If you find a comparable product and price point, you are not getting organic ingredients. We are proud to be able to provide you with organic and clean ingredients at comparable prices.

Do you use organic ingredients?
A: All of our ingredients are organic! It is important to us to give you the best quality ingredients that your body will love. Many of our customers are healing from sickness, autoimmune diseases, and inflammation, among other things. We know that using organic ingredients can aid in the healing process, which means so much to us.

Why baking mixes instead of fully made products?
A: Baking mixes are the best of many worlds. You don't have to buy and store lots of different ingredients; you can have them all in one package. We have done all of the recipe development and know our products work, so you don't have to figure that out. You get fresh made, Free From products. Since you are making the baked good yourself, you have the privilege of eating fresh and amazing Free From foods. Selling baking mixes allows you to control what added ingredients go into your final product. This gives you incredible flexibility as a consumer! It also allows us to provide safe food for a large number of people because customers get to choose what they can safely add in.

What is the best way to save time and money being Free From?
A: Making most of your own food will save you time and money in the long run. Bulk baking has saved us tons of time and money over the 18+ years we have been free from many foods. We offer 5lb mixes at a discount so you can save time and money.

Can I really make your gluten free, top 9 free bread mix?
A: People seem to be the most worried about making our bread mix. Making gluten-free bread gets a bad rap. While there are things you need to assess (weather, temperature of your kitchen, climate you live in, etc.), they are simple to do. We have a video tutorial on our bread mix page, tips under the video tutorial, and a whole blog post dedicated to helpful tips. If you are still nervous, we're here to help! It is easy though, promise!

Will my family and friends like your mixes?
A: Our goal in making baking mixes is that they are loved by everyone, food restrictions or not. We have gone to great lengths to ensure our products are top notch, taste amazing, and are loved by all.

What if I can't have one of the added ingredients you list?
A: All of our product pages and recipes on our blog have a list of alternative added ingredients. We have done all of the recipe testing with alternative ingredients so you don't have to. If you don't see an alternative that works for you, let us know. We are happy to troubleshoot with you!

What is my dough or batter supposed to look like?
A: That is the best question you can be asking. Texture and consistency is the most important thing to pay attention to. All of our product pages have video tutorials so you can see the texture to ensure you are getting the intended outcome.

What if my baked good didn't turn out right?
A: First and most important, did you follow all of the instructions? It's impossible to get good results and for us to help you if you don't follow the instructions. If you follow all of the directions and still struggle, call, text, email, or live chat with us. We really are here to help you! If you are still unsatisfied, we are happy to give you a refund.

Do you have a storefront?

A: We do not have a storefront, as we are a manufacturer. As a way for us to serve our local community in NE Utah County, Utah we do free porch pickup for baking mixes and take and bake items.
