Rustic Scoop™ is committed to providing baking mixes of the highest quality. If you're not completely satisfied with our mixes, we'll refund the price of the mix (excluding shipping). Just reach out to us—don't hesitate to share what happened, and we'll take care of you. Please include the product name and lot number when contacting us.

Shipping
Your order will be shipped within two business days of ordering. To get the best shipping price per mix, purchase two or more mixes.

International Orders
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes, tariffs, or duties.  Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.  These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
