Rustic Scoop™ is committed to providing baking mixes of the highest quality.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with our mixes, we will give you a refund for the price of the mix (minus shipping).  Simply contact us, don't be shy, and let us know what happened. We will take care of you.  We will need to know the product name and lot number.

Shipping
Your order will be shipped within two business days of ordering. To get the best shipping price per mix, purchase two or more mixes.

International Orders
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes, tariffs, or duties.  Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.  These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
