    • To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

      • A detailed explanation of the issue, including how the product was used and any evidence of damage (e.g., photographs).

  3. Refund Process

    • Once your request is received, our team will review the details and determine eligibility.

    • If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

    • In some cases, we may require the product to be returned. If a return is necessary due to products delivered by Rustic Scoop™ arrived damaged, we will provide further instructions and cover return shipping costs. If damages occurred by use error, the return shipping cost will be on the customer.
